This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with PlainLaw Insight. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
You May
- Upload and analyze legal documents you have the right to process.
- Use reports to prepare for meetings with a licensed attorney.
- Export reports for personal, educational, or attorney-review use.
- Share feedback to help improve the Service.
You May Not
- Use the Service to provide legal advice to others or hold yourself out as a lawyer.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates confidentiality, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Submit highly sensitive personal data (government IDs, full payment account numbers, medical records) unless strictly required.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service, extract prompts, exfiltrate user data, or bypass safety measures.
- Use for unlawful activity, harassment, hate speech, fraud, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- Resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute outputs without written permission.
- Use the Service to generate or assist with the unauthorized practice of law.
Reporting Abuse

Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
